# Customer notifications

Go to the notifications panel on the left sidebar menu

You will see the customer notifications on the second tab after the send ledger option on the first, here you have to configure the email subject, email body, SMS body & Whatsapp text, so whenever you do the following things, it will automatically send notifications.

* New Sale
* Payment Received
* Payment Reminder
* New Booking
* New Quotation

**Configuration**: 

You need to configure the SMTP/SMS server from `Settings -> Business Settings -> Email Settings/SMS Settings` and for WhatsApp, the web should be open in your web browser.

**Common Error:**

You will get default notifications, but if you want to make it more professional, copy and paste the templates below into your notification setup.

* [x] Login and go to your business notifications settings
* [x] Paste your copied text on each tab (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)
