# How to assign location to user?

### A**ssign locations**

To assign user to your pereferd location simple go to `Users -> Add/Edit -> Access Locations` 

Check the location you want to assign that specific user and your can also set to all locations as well, depeding on the user type.

### **Max sales discount:**

The maximum discount this user can give during sales in the POS & sales screen. 

If you don’t want to have this restriction, then simply keep this value blank.

### **Disable login**

To disable login you can `Users -> Add/Edit -> Roles and Permissions` 

Unchek te `allow login` option and save it.
